I’m a trauma informed therapist. I provide a safe place to talk about difficult things and I genuinely care about helping others. I believe everyone’s path to healing should be designed differently. Human beings are unique and complicated. One size fit all just doesn’t work when it comes to healing. I use a customized and collaborative treatment style.
I've had experience working with adults who struggle with past Traumas, Anxiety, Work/School Stress, Relationships, Chronic Illness, Cult Victims, highly sensitive individuals and many other issues. I'm very open minded and nonjudgmental. My goal is simply to help you heal and become more peaceful.
My approach is warm, empathetic, sprinkled with a little bit of humor and focused on how to get you to where you want to be. I genuinely enjoy helping others find solutions to overcoming their emotional pain and the impact of past traumas.
