Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with over ten years of experience working with clients on various issues. Such issues include Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Behavioral Issues, Career Counseling, Coping Skills, Elderly Persons Disorders, Emotional Disturbance, Family Conflict, Grief, Life Transitions, Mood Disorders, Panic Attacks, and Stress. A few modalities I utilize are Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), and Supportive therapy.
