Help is just a walk and/or talk away. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Working in both an elementary and a high school supporting the mental health of children and adolescents has given me a unique perspective on that population and their families. I am dedicated to helping clients to deal with anxiety, social issues, depression, relationship issues, behavioral issues, trauma, and loss and grief by working together on a common goal.
My approach is client-centered and strength-based working in a collaborative manner with each unique person. My specialities include: EMDR and CBT therapy as well as play therapy and parent coaching.
