I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress with Rewired Health. I have a Master's in Marriage & Family Counseling so I think about relationships and connections. I like EFT therapy for Couples. I also a Master's program for Mental Health Counseling. In addition to offering traditional talk therapy, I am EMDR trained and happy to explain and offer EMDR.
My approach is collaborative and personalized to you. I believe that therapy should look and sound different for each person.
