For over 32 yrs I have worked to bring healing to people of all ages. I provide individual & family therapy for adolescents & adults. My specialties are the treatment of anxiety, depression, life transition issues, relationship issues & parenting challenges. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner & I believe in the importance of the mind/body connection. I especially enjoy working with highly sensitive persons (HSP). I have a strong passion for working women and addressing issues related to anxiety, motherhood, codependency, pregnancy, postpartum and aging. I have a great deal of wisdom gained from both professional and personal experience in these areas. In my work with highly sensitive individuals, we work to find the gifts in their highly sensitive nature.
