I work with those who have experienced trauma and the troubling symptoms that arise from it. Struggles with relationships, a lack of motivation, and difficulties in navigating daily life can arise when past or present traumatic events get in the way. As a trauma-informed therapist and an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) clinician, I can help you understand why you may feel hopeless, sad or anxious by gently examining and processing troubling life events together. To begin, I offer a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what it would be like to work together and determine if we would be a good fit.
My clients cope with difficult and/or abusive relationships, past and present traumatic situations, grief, loss, depression, anxiety and difficult life experiences. Throughout treatment, they benefit from proven therapeutic strategies, tailored to their unique situation and goals. Working collaboratively, we create a sense of hope and positive change.
