I seek to empower clients, help them build resilience and feel hopeful again by collaborating with my clients to help them feel better and move forward in their lives. I use a client-centered, integrated approach in my work with individuals, couples and families.
I offer individual therapy for adults, adolescents and children, couples therapy and family therapy. I have extensive experience working with trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, as well as a specialization in partner and family relationships.
Many of us struggle with anxiety and worries, feelings of sadness and a loss of hope at points in our lives. Past trauma can continue to impact us in the present.
