My therapeutic process centers around the client and their individual needs. I have an integrative approach and have a very down-to-earth, compassionate style. Therapy modalities I incorporate include play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and Trust Based Relational Interventions.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and teenagers who are navigating through challenges in life. In addition, I specialize in working with children and adults who have experienced loss, been touched by foster care and adoption, and neurocognitive differences.
I believe in the strength, resilience, and potential for growth in humans. Our willingness to face our vulnerabilities and pain is ultimately what strengthens us. Through counseling, I look forward to walking alongside clients to support them through challenges, celebrate strengths, and empower them to recognize the value and meaning in their lives.
