I am not currently accepting new clients. I provide individual trauma therapy and substance use counseling to adults at who are interested in resolving the impacts that trauma has had on their lives and/or exploring the role substances have played in their lives. More specifically, I offer Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I have significant training and experience working with PTSD, complex trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and substance use.
I incorporate holistic, cognitive-behavioral, somatic, and evidence-based approaches. I am a certified EMDR therapist with the EMDR International Association, a Strong Star Network Provider, and a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
