I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, but integrate other theories too. Being trained in use of music and art is a unique aspect I bring to my clients, especially when it's hard for you to express yourself with words. Having worked at a college counseling center for years, the young adult/college population are my niche age group.
