I assist client's in processing trauma, healing from the past, and learning how to grow both personally and relationally. I guide clients through life's ever-changing landscape - divorce, loss and grief, processing old relationship wounds, creating healthier and happier current relationships, and discovering one's own authentic self.
I specialize in helping client's face life's many challenges. From anxiety and depression to communication to relationship issues and more, I can help. I provide a supportive and safe environment for people to be vulnerable, learn about themselves, and healthfully navigate life in all its complexities.
