Together we will use a variety of techniques to facilitate healing such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming exercises, Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and other methods that may apply.
For the past 30 years I have worked closely with children and parents from diverse backgrounds in a teaching capacity. My specializations are in grief counseling, couples, family relationships, children, and coping skills related to anxiety and depression.
