Christine Cassidy has a M. A. in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and a B.A. in English Literature from Michigan State University. To keep current Chris attends various seminars both national and international. She has studied in such places as Paris France, Oxford England, Havana Cuba, Galway Ireland and Lisbon Portugal, to name a few. She has been trained in Dialectical Behavior and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as Grief Recovery. She is a member of the Jungian Institute of New York and focuses on archetypes and shadow behavior as they apply to therapy.
Chris has been in practice for over 25 years and treats adults who are experiencing transitional or stressful life events. She takes joy in hearing each clients specific narrative and offering them hope to finding a different path.
