The Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) Skills Training Class is designed for individuals struggling with over-control, often manifesting as chronic perfectionism, rigidity, and social isolation. This program introduces three core modules: Openness, Flexibility, and Social Connection. Openness encourages receptivity to new experiences and feedback, while Flexibility promotes adapting to life’s changes without excessive self-control. Social Connection focuses on building genuine relationships through expressive communication and empathy. Classes meet weekly, providing a supportive group setting where participants learn and practice these skills, fostering emotional well-being and greater interpersonal engagement.
