I utilize a variety of evidence based practices, but have a very eclectic approach because it is important to find the right type of therapy for you, and one size approach does not fit all.

It can be scary to start therapy so I like to create a warm and empathetic space that focuses on strengths to help people feel heard. In my sessions, I like to utilize compassion and humor to build our relationship. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.
