Hello! My name is Christina and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual counseling to children, teens, and adults. I have been involved in the clinical psychology field since 2017. I have a strong background in psychotherapy. I incorporate a variety of theoretical orientations and evidence-based approaches to meet individual client needs. I draw from person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques in my practice. I am also EMDR trained.
I have experience providing support for a wide range of symptoms and have a passion for helping those experiencing trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, mood swings, relationship conflict, parenting concerns, life transitions, and grief/loss.
