I often use techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems. Operating from these perspectives I offer you a tailored experience. Your needs and well-being will always be the focus, in a safe and non-judgmental space for exploring, learning, and fostering deeper connections.
I specialize in working with adult women in NC who or may not identify as "neurodiverse", may feel "stuck", be living with related anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD or grieving. Together within a therapeutic relationship, I will work to support your journey of growth and healing. I am a neurodiverse affirming therapist.
