I use an integrative trauma-focused therapy approach, which includes a variety of techniques and modalities. My areas of focus are Physical, Emotional, and Sexual Trauma, Sports Trauma, Relationship Trauma, and Medical Trauma.
I use a trauma-focused therapy approach, and have been trained in Brainspotting and EMDR I feel it is important not only to help my clients figure out why they do what they do, but also provide them with practical tools for change.
I offer a faith-based/spiritual/Christian counseling perspective for clients who are interested in incorporating this aspect into the counseling process.
