I support adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. One of my specialties is providing support to LGBTQ+ populations. As a transgender woman, I know first-hand what it’s like to be part of an oppressed group living in a world that is unkind to people like me.
As a result, I can understand and empathize with my trans and nonbinary clients’ lived experiences. Throughout your therapeutic journey, we’ll explore and get curious about how past events relate to present day thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We’ll then interweave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reframe your thoughts and behaviors.
