As a psychodynamic therapist my approach to therapy looks at how trauma, past relationships, core beliefs, and attachments have shaped a client's present behaviors and thought processes. The goal in my therapy is to discover what we need to heal in order to grow and prosper- and then how to begin the work. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in 2016 and my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2020.
