I work with a very diverse population from adolescents to adults who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, esteem, trauma, life transitions, and substance use. I offer a safe space for you to be yourself with out judgement to be yourself. I can help you take steps necessary to work on finding yourself to be the better you!
I offer a person centered, solution focused approach with therapy. My dog may make an appearance at times which can help lighten the mood. I will hold space for you while you share your feelings and gently offer some guidance and motivation while you do the work.
