Hello! So, glad you are here. I believe "Vulnerability is strength". So, let's talk. Sometimes, life leaves you wondering how you ever got through that situation? So, help me help you ! Are you experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, struggling with trauma or do you feel stuck? Do you feel the need to talk to someone but you don't know what to say? People and their life experiences have always fascinated me as long as I can remember. My experience includes working with children , adolescents and individuals of diverse cultures. I am a strong believer of the statement, "Progress is progress no matter how small it is".
I am a Nationally certified counselor and an LPC in the state of TX. Described by my clients as empathetic, kind and patient. My primary focus is to provide a safe space to unravel emotions, trauma or experiences without the fear of being judged. I am a trained professional and my primary area of specialty is Cognitive behavioral therapy.
