I am passionate in assisting individuals, children, teens, families and couples to strive for their best self by making use of their strengths and encouraging compassion. Life and relationships are full of challenging, yet rewarding transitions. These transitions provide an opportunity to better understand ourselves and to strengthen our relationships. When we recognize and understand our patterns of behavior we can then decide how we want to address them.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe in the healing process that can unfold in a therapeutic relationship. I strive to make each client feel welcome, safe and most important, listened to. My areas of interest are children, teens, families, parenthood and groups. I am a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional.
I work collaboratively and I am honored to be a part of my clients' journeys. I look forward to working with you and assisting you with feeling unstuck and getting back to your desired sense of self. Call for a free 10-minute phone consultation. I am licensed in Idaho and California. Seeing clients in person at my downtown CDA office or via telehealth.
