I have been working as a Therapist since 2011, and have extensive experience working with PTSD, CPTSD, depression, panic disorders, burnout, stress and loss. I approach therapy from an attachment based perspective and client centered perspective. I am trained in EMDR and also have a lot of experience working with women and mens issues, communication in dating and relational issues, boundaries in family dynamics and people with high pressure jobs. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, and helping clients to create change in their everyday life.
I offer a safe and understanding environment to process and learn to manage the dynamics in your life. I have extensive experience working with adults with Anxiety, OCD, Depression as well as work stressors, relational issues, difficulty communicating and Complex Trauma.
