My modalities include MI, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and DBT. My experiences and specialized training consist of Addiction, Medication Assisted Treatment, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, Sexual Abuse, Women Issues, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Loss & Grief, LGBTQ+, Self-Esteem issues, and Personality Disorders.
