The core focus of my therapeutic intervention is a holistic approach based on a simple word, 'accountability.' Accountability is key in making necessary and beneficial changes in your life. In therapy we will explore your presenting problems, past hurts, traumas and relationships. How a client feels is essential, however how a client takes responsibility to change their behaviors is key. Even though this may sound great, being held accountable can be challenging, tough and even frightening. However, in the end, you will see the benefits of holding your own self accountable by working through hurts and pains... EMPOWERING!
I have had worked in various employment settings and have worked with individuals and families from all walks of life. I have experience in the following: Veterans, Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Addictions.
