Do you find yourself feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck? Are you experiencing anxiety, grief, sadness, loneliness, or other difficult, overwhelming emotions? Have you experienced trauma? You do not have to struggle alone. In working with clients, I use an integrative approach to help adolescents and adults develop coping skills and improve their mental health while both identifying and accomplishing their goals. I particularly enjoy working with the LGBQ+ and trans and disabled communities. I believe that anyone can truly thrive with the proper support, understanding, and resources throughout the therapeutic journey.
I am passionate about empowering my clients on their journey to living happier and healthier life. I am flexible with my therapy approach and adapt my approach based on the needs of my client so that I can help them better understand themselves. I have a lot of experience with trauma-focused treatment, behavioral approaches, and managing grief.

Groups
Sexual Assault Support group for Adolescences
As of June 2022, Sexual Assault support groups for all genders and all sexual identities will be available for adolescents. As a group, the focus will be on how sexual violence or how the assault has affected the teen's mental and physical health. This group will allow teens to be open about their experiences with other teens. This will be a closed group of 8-10 participants. This will be held in person in Arlington, Virginia for 8 weeks.
