I enjoy working with clients who may be struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, emotional management, poor self-esteem, experiencing grief and loss; who are motivated and open to change and doing homework, and who desire to be a healthier version of themselves.
I have over 13 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, and life adjustments, and also specialize in working with domestic violence, sexual abuse, and oncology. I will provide you with support & emotional validation while offering different perspectives, challenging thought processes, and will recommend homework between sessions.
My practice consists of a strength-based approach and the use of cognitive behavioral therapy. I provide a balance of warmth and validation paired with challenging you to work towards self-growth and attaining your personal goals.
