I have been working as a therapist for over 13 years. I have a lot of experience working with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, and also specialize in working with domestic violence, sexual abuse, and oncology. I will provide you with support, emotional validation, while also offering different perspectives, respectfully challenging thought processes.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing for over 13 years. My practice consists of a strength-based approach and the use of cognitive behavioral therapy.
