I provide a depth-oriented therapy that is integrative, holistic and seeks to encompass mind, body and soul into the treatment process. I enjoy working with adults who are interested in developing greater self-understanding, exploring the root causes of their issues and looking to live richer and more meaningful lives.
I have experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief, parenting, life transitions and religious/spiritual matters. The therapeutic process may involve a deeper exploration of one’s emotional landscape, early life experiences, interpersonal relationships, and recurring patterns.
To cultivate further insight and personal growth, I also may utilize mindfulness and somatic practices, as well as various expressive techniques such as art, music, writing or sand tray as options for clients who are open to them.
