My goal is to always meet my clients where they are in their journey and to remain beside them as a guiding support in their steps toward toward their desired quality of life.
I lean toward the following therapeutic approaches in how I structure my sessions: cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and solution focused therapy; however, I realize that no approach is “one size fits all” and I pride myself in being able to think outside the box.
