Hi, I'm Christina O. Nunez, the Latina, bilingual, and licensed therapist behind From Within Therapy. I offer individual therapy to women grappling with stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I am dedicated in assisting women, especially first-generation professionals, restore hope in the midst of their unique life transitions, family conflict, work-related stress, and trauma. My specialties include anxious moms, adults seeking therapy for the first time, millennial women seeking help with life transitions and therapists in training.
I'm trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and so you can expect to work collaboratively with me. Together, we will dive deep as to what thought and behavioral patterns are negative influencing your anxiety and stress. From there, we will develop your individualized and practical action plans to help restore your inner and outer calm.
Clients can also expect a service that is individually tailored beyond the principles of CBT. I also integrate strength-based, mindful, and culturally sensitive elements when appropriate.
