Hi, I’m Christina! I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the state of Florida. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University in 2022! I have experience providing individual and group counseling within the community and in the school district. I utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. My therapy techniques are grounded in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and my frequent use of mindfulness.
My style of therapy is responsive to each person’s unique needs. I will guide you to explore your concerns and build greater understanding of the different aspects of your experiences, from the emotional, mental, and physical dimensions. I will help you re-connect to your existing strengths that support progress toward the changes you wish to make.
