Since 2012 I’ve worked with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I use an integrative (traditional & holistic) approach with a trauma-sensitive lens that helps address the root cause of patterns and stressors. At each step of the way, my goal is to help you learn to listen to your body’s wisdom and live in greater alignment with your authentic self.
