I work with clients who are feeling stuck, isolated, and/or experience anxiety, depression, co-occurring diagnoses, and/or trauma. As well as seeking to support to improve their coping skills and self-care, especially while facing significant life changes.
I use an individualized and holistic approach with each client. I am certified in Integrated Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize mindfulness and exercises to bring you back to the body and the present moment. I focus on the whole person: mind, body, spirit. I give the client room to access their own internal strength.
