Christina is a therapist because she believes in each individual's capacity for change. Throughout her career, she has benefited from training in diverse therapies including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, dialectical behavior, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Her role is to help children, adolescents, families, and adults develop coping strategies that will alleviate depression, anxiety, and anger.
Using evidenced-based modalities, clients will learn how to rewrite narratives of destructive thinking patterns and relationships. Before becoming a therapist, Christina worked as both an elementary school teacher and as an algebra tutor for high school students.
