I have experience in providing counseling to individuals who suffer from the effects of trauma, such as sexual assault, domestic violence, neglect and emotional abuse. As well as providing crisis intervention for individuals who struggle with self-injurious behavior and suicidal thoughts. I use a combination of CBT, Mindfulness, Client Centered and EMDR
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Tx State University and a Masters in Counseling from Tx A&M Corpus Christi. I am passionate about helping my clients realize their inner strength and together, we can start the healing process.
