I promote clients' ability to identify their goals, achieve them, and ultimately create the life they want. I use various cognitive behavioral strategies to promote strengths, while empowering clients to recognize, understand, and adaptively manage life's challenges. I know that life is challenging - full of highs and lows. I also know that within the context of supportive relationships and with sincere efforts, people can thrive.
I have a particular passion for working with youth (children and adolescents), people struggling to understand complex seasons of their lives, and co-parents managing child-rearing across multiple households. Anxiety, depression, life stage transitions, parental difficulties, and parent-child relationship challenges are particular areas of focus.
