We all, at times, require a little help, encouragement, guidance from someone who can listen and receive without judgement. This is my calling, my “job”, to help you find the best version of yourself and develop skills to deal with life’s stressors. I feel my approach is a little different than others, kind of like two people sitting at a table, brainstorming both root causes and resolutions for your situation.
My approach is comprehensive, individualized and non-judgmental. I look at how early childhood experiences have shaped who you are today, then focus on your inner strengths and build skills to navigate life challenges. I’m also bi-lingual and have worked with individuals from 6 to 93!
