My extensive experience includes working with service members/veterans and their families as well as children ages birth-five and their families. I enjoy working with adults with infertility issues and women or men who have experienced sexual trauma. I also work with adolescents who have different mental health challenges. My desire is to help you and your family learn how to express who you are and to experience growth. I hope to help you and your family with developing good intuition, creating healthy connections, and becoming more of your authentic self (selves). I want you to experience more joy and peace within your life.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I use a variety of approaches, including Mindfulness practices; Dialectical Behavioral therapy; Attachment Theory Approaches and Systems Oriented Therapy. I also can provide faith-integrated counseling services. I am trained in trauma protocol therapies as well as expressive arts therapy.
