I'm excited to work with individuals as they dig deeper into understanding the "why" behind their choices and motivations, to feel alive and vibrant no matter what they face. Though I approach therapeutic work in an eclectic way, I primarily utilize evidence-based practices in conjunction with other modalities to create a tailored approach to each person.

My background includes working in an acute psychiatric setting, schools, nursing homes, parenting support groups, and individual homes. This breadth of experience has given me an appreciation for the layered identities and transitions we experience throughout our lives.
