My goal is to empower you to work through your struggles, resolve traumas and discover what works for you. I have been providing mental health services for 10+ years to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. This includes, behavioral health, schools and now private practice.
I have helped individuals with anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief, and depression. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family sessions.
