| Ελληνικά I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and offer counseling to adults, adolescents and couples. I see my work as a collaborative process that maintains focus on your goals, strengths, stage of life as well as hopes for the future. I use a relational, eco-system focus and work to highlight our interconnected nature. I believe that crisis and struggle can provide an opportunity for our innate capacity to heal to come alive. In the therapeutic process I will offer you guidance, and a safe and secure base to undo aloneness and use emotion and attachment as a basis for exploration.
I specialize in relational and attachment trauma and enjoy helping people feel more attuned to themselves, less depressed and anxious. I am here to help and accompany you through grief, loss or challenging transitions (divorce, unemployment, loss, moving into adulthood etc).
