I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia with 16 years of experience working with people navigating a variety of life circumstances. I enjoy 1:1 therapy using various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and interpersonal therapy techniques to equip clients with better problem-solving, stress management, and coping skills. I have a passion for working with teenage clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and anger management issues.
I provide a therapeutic platform where the teenage client can ventilate their feelings in a neutral space but also expect gentle confrontation to develop deeper insight into their thinking and behavior patterns.
