I enjoy working with clients age 10-35 and helping them navigate through all the life events that those years seem to throw at us. I specialize in art therapy and also utilize techniques from play therapy and DBT to give clients many different routes of expression to interact with me and seek help. I am currently accepting clients with morning and early afternoon availability.
My art therapy specialty allows me to guide clients towards their goals in a nonverbal and expressive way that they might find more comfortable than traditional talk therapy. Whether you want to draw for stress relief, paint to reflect, or use clay to express feelings that would like a release, we can work together to reach your goals.
