For over a decade I have helped pregnant, planning, and parenting women and teens process their inner traumas and develop deeper connections with themselves and those they care for the most. I also help women heal from dis-ease and reconnect with their bodies and their joyful purpose. As a holistic maternal mental health practitioner and a reconnection therapist, my therapeutic approach combines personalized traditional talk therapy, somatic physical releases, and mindfulness-based therapies.
With certifications in maternal mental health and mindfulness practices, and training in EFT (Tapping), Nutritional psychiatry, CBT, and art therapy, I use only evidence-based-practices that are customized to your individual needs. I offer a judgement-free space to express yourself freely as I assist and support both your inner and outer healing.
