This 6-week psycho-educational experience is curated exclusively for professional women looking to work through complex life transitions in a safe, confidential, virtual community designed to bring about healing, enhanced coping skills, purposeful forward movement, and genuine connection. Women will takeaway tools for living with less anxiety around change and with greater insight into how to manage the challenges that face them at work, in their personal lives, and in relationships.
