I utilize a holistic and comprehensive approach to therapy including CBT/DBT interventions, psycho education, and solution- focused therapy. My clinical background is working with adolescents and adults in outpatient treatment and school counseling settings, as well as academic and career counseling.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and focuses on client’s strengths and resiliency, goal setting, coping skill building, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and stress management. I provide a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for all individuals with a compassionate, warm, and positive spirit.
