I enjoy arts, crafts, reading, and music and incorporate them into my work, so the sessions do not become boring. I work with children with Autism, ADHD, behavioral, anger, emotional, self-esteem, and anxiety. I facilitate anger management, batterer's intervention education program, and parent management training groups. Groups for children include anger management, emotions, and coping skills.
It can become difficult for adults to juggle the demands of family, work, school, and self-care. Stress can feel heavy for both children and adults which changes feelings and results in regretful reactions. If you would like to learn new coping skills, make an appointment to get started.
