I am a Registered Play Therapist specializing in working with children & individuals who have experienced trauma, divorce, and other life events that can trigger big feelings and behaviors. Through play, art and other play-based modalities, my clients have a safe space to explore and make sense of their world and those in it without having to find the words.
Sometimes words aren't needed to make sense of one's experiences and that's why play can allow children to process at a deeper level. "Toys are their words and play is their language" (Dr. Gary Landreth). My goal is to provide a space for you, or your child, to share your story, identify and express your feelings and create a path of healing moving forward.
